The Town of Jones would like to inform residents that the Public Notice posting location has been relocated to improve accessibility and ensure consistency between posted notices and meeting locations.
Effective immediately, the Town’s official Public Notice box has been moved to the exterior entrance at 106 E. Main Street, adjacent to the doors of the Municipal Courtroom and the Board of Trustees meeting room, where public meetings are regularly held.
This change was made to provide citizens with more immediate and convenient access to public notices and to ensure that posted notices are located at the same site where Town Board meetings occur.
Please note that Town Hall remains located at 110 E. Main Street. However, all official public notices will now be posted in the weatherproof public notice box installed at 106 E. Main Street.
Residents are encouraged to check this location for official postings regarding public meetings, hearings, and other municipal notices.
