TOWN OF JONES CITY, OKLAHOMA
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Jones City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a Variance to allow the placement of a manufactured home on property located at:
12195 N. Choctaw Road, Jones, Oklahoma 73049
The legal description of the property is as follows:
Section 23, Township 13 North, Range 1 West, Quarter Northeast (NE); Shaw Heights Addition 001, 000, Lots 16 and 17, Town of Jones City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
The subject property consists of approximately 1.9 acres. The present zoning classification of the property is Residential Estates (RE).
Pursuant to Section 11-8-2 of the Town of Jones City Code of Ordinances, factory-built structures are not permitted in unplatted areas less than five (5) acres. The applicant is requesting relief through the Board of Adjustment as authorized under the Town’s zoning regulations.
The public hearing will be held as follows:

Location: Jones Municipal Court Room, 106 E. Main Street, Jones, Oklahoma 73049
Any person may appear at the hearing and be heard in support of or in opposition to the application.
