The Jones Police Department will be accepting bids for the following surplus equipment:

📅 Bid Opening and Award:
Bids will be opened and awarded at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, at Jones Town Hall, 110 E. Main Street, Jones, OK 73049.
📄 Instructions for Bidders:
  • Bids may be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Jones Police Department Bid on Item # _______” or via email to [email protected] with the aforementioned in the subject line.
  • Bids MUST include the bidder’s name, contact information, mailing address, and bid amount.
  • Bids must be received by Jones Town Hall no later than 12:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026.
  • Late submissions will NOT be considered.
