The Town of Jones City is now accepting proposals from qualified attorneys and law firms interested in serving as Town Attorney.
The selected attorney or firm will provide legal counsel to the Town of Jones City, the Board of Trustees, the Jones City Public Works Authority, Town departments, boards, commissions, and staff on a wide range of municipal matters. Areas of service may include municipal governance, public meetings, public records compliance, personnel matters, ordinance drafting, contracts, public works and utility issues, zoning and land use matters, and general municipal legal services.
The Town is seeking a responsive, experienced, and practical attorney who understands Oklahoma municipal law and can provide clear, timely, and legally sound guidance while recognizing the operational needs of local government.

The Town of Jones City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, request additional information, conduct interviews, and negotiate terms as determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
